Welcome to my home for practical, plain-language guidance on Microsoft Intune for the people who run it every day, and for the partners who run Intune on behalf of their customers.

I'm a former Senior Product Manager at Microsoft for Intune and Configuration Manager. I developed and delivered strategic initiatives in device management that enabled third-party integration, administrator role security, and product automation.

I worked closely with internal teams (Entra, Defender, Teams, etc) and external partners to build features that allow customers and partners to extend and automate Intune. I'm here to share my learnings with you and help you be successful with your Intune deployments.

How this site works

Each LinkedIn series gets a permanent home here. Every daily post links to a page with the full diagram, the details that don't fit in a LinkedIn post, and links to Microsoft's official documentation. The pages stay up after a series ends, and I update them when Intune changes.

The AI Connection

I'm a firm believer in AI and the value it can bring to so many aspects of work and personal life. Yes, this web site is built with AI tools, and so is some of the content. But, I'm in the driver's seat, not AI. I review and edit every AI generated post to ensure it's authentically Dave.
